The Power of Release

Have you ever been involved in a situation that ended with no closure?Maybe encountered a drama that played mellow at first, and then quickly spiraled beyond you're control, into something horrific? There are always those events that take place in life where you end up like "Wtf just happened?", but there was nothing that you could do to tune out the disastrous melody, a rapture of clashing symbols, loud horns, and an awful slowed-synth.

In some circumstances, the best and  most effective way to save your mind the rewinding of insidious events, is by applying the Power of Release.  A good definition for release (which I found on Google), in the verb tense, is to allow (something) to move, act, or flow freely. In other words, to release means to let go and in many cases, that is the only option that one is left with, especially when situations surface that are beyond sole control b/c it involves others as well. We all have troubling, doubtful, harmful, crude, rude, and down right nasty experiences that would do us no good to live and re-live, again and again. Doing so keeps our spirits low and consequently creates a barrier, or blockage, that mentally binds us to experiences, situations, and circumstances that will never change no matter how many replays we decide to ride out in our minds. Are there any areas in your life that would be improved by utilizing the Power of Release? Please note that it may be necessary to release PEOPLE as well as events b/c you never have the power to control the acts of others.
